     1. Who can acquire a membership here?

Heart at Work specializes in fitness for men and women age 50 and older. The gym is open to all age groups however the primary goal of the facility is to cater to providing an atmosphere where seniors feel comfortable achieving their health goals. 

    2. Will insurance cover my membership cost?

We accept Silver Sneakers, Aetna Advantage Silver & Fit, and RenewActive insurance plans. 

     3. How much is a membership?

Memberships are month-to-month, no contract. There is a $25 enrollement fee, then memberships are based on the package of your choice. We offer single and couple membership packages. Give us a call or stop by for pricing!

     4. Do I have to sign a contract?

Unlike most "name brand" gyms, we do not have you sign a contract upon enrollement but instead collect a membership fee once a month. However, we do encourage members to maintain a monthly membership and to attend the gym a few days a week. If there is a situation where we need to put your membership on hold, we can work with you under the special circumstances. 

     5. Are you open on weekends or holidays?

We are closed on weekends and holidays.

     6. Do you offer personal training?

We DO offer personal training! This is perfect for clients who would like to improve a specific quality of health such as balance, strength, struggling with daily tasks, or just needs that extra push! We love to work personally with those who have conditions such as Parkinson's, arthritis, diabetes, or COPD. It is important to us that we can meet your needs and help you to achieve the health you desire. Appointments with a personal trainer can be made by giving us a call or stopping by our location!
